Saga of Gods Community Rules
Last updated 2026-10-11
Saga of Gods is a game of betrayal between gods, played by people who deserve respect. These rules keep the first fun and the second safe.
Where these rules apply
Everywhere people meet in Saga of Gods: table chat, direct messages, invitations and how you play with others. They are part of the Terms of Use and add to the Amavie Community Guidelines.
The AI gods follow them too: their lines are written in advance, and none of them is aimed at you as a person.
Betrayal is a move
Swearing an oath and breaking it, naming a gift falsely, bluffing about your orders — these are moves of the game, and the Chronicle remembers them. Nobody owes anyone an honest god.
Keep it in the game. Anger at a broken oath belongs to the saga; threats, insults about real people and following someone from saga to saga to harass them do not.
What is not allowed
Harassment, threats, hate speech and slurs aimed at anyone for who they are; sexual content of any kind — the game is for everyone from 13.
Sharing personal information — yours or anyone else’s — such as addresses, phone numbers, or links to private profiles; spam, advertising, scams and links that ask for passwords or payment.
Pretending to be someone else, including Amavie staff or another player.
Fair play
One person, one account, one seat. Bots, scripts, playing several seats at one table, or several accounts working together are cheating.
A bug is not a strategy: report it to [email protected]. Leaving a saga is always allowed — a god of Amavie takes your seat — but leaving to sabotage the people at your table again and again is not.
Your tools
Report a message from the chat at the table or from the conversation; it reaches Amavie’s moderation together with the message.
Choose in Settings who may invite you to a saga — everyone, friends only or nobody — and who may write to you. Block a person in your Amavie account, and they can no longer invite you, add you as a friend or write to you.
You can always leave a table, remove a friend or close a conversation; leaving the game erases what you wrote.
What happens when the rules are broken
An automatic filter refuses messages that clearly break these rules before anyone sees them. Reports are reviewed by Amavie’s moderation, which can see the reported message.
Depending on what happened we may remove a message, end a saga, remove a result, stop someone from writing in the game, or suspend the Amavie account; serious or repeated harm can mean losing access to all Amavie apps.
Questions
