Saga of Gods Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-11

This policy explains what Saga of Gods does with data. The short version: the game keeps your sagas, your results, your friends and messages in the game, your settings and your looks — nothing else; the account itself is held by Amavie; and leaving the game erases it all.

The short version

To play, Saga of Gods keeps your sagas — every order, battle, oath and gift, and the Chronicle of each one — your results and honours, your friends and messages in the game, your settings and the looks you own.

Signing in uses your existing Amavie account, and your Quanta balance is the Amavie wallet. No AI model reads your messages or your sagas: the AI gods are run by our own game engine. We do not sell your data and we show no advertising.

When you leave Saga of Gods or delete your Amavie account, we erase your Saga data. In sagas you shared with other people your seat goes to an AI god, and your name, your avatar and what you wrote in their chat are removed from them.

Who is responsible

The controller is ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, IFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Saga of Gods is the name of the game; ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO is the company behind it, and behind Amavie.

For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to [email protected].

Your Amavie account, shared with Amavie

Saga of Gods does not run accounts of its own. Signing in uses your Amavie account, created and managed by Amavie for the whole product family; the same email address always leads to the same single account.

saga.amavie.ai belongs to the amavie.ai domain, so a valid Amavie session on your device is visible to the game. When it opens it asks the Amavie identity service whether such a session exists; if it does, you are signed in automatically and we read your account identifier, handle and avatar to show them at the table. If you create the account from inside the game, the password you choose goes straight to the Amavie identity service and is never stored by Saga of Gods.

Your Quanta balance comes from Amavie, which holds it for every product. The account itself — its email address, its password, its deletion — is handled in Amavie under the Amavie Privacy Policy.

What a saga records

For each saga we store its whole state: the map, every order given, the battles, oaths and gifts, the Chronicle, and which god each person played, with their Amavie handle and avatar so the others at the table see who they play with. Your sagas stay in your history for as long as you keep your Saga data.

Your results — sagas played, places, rebirths, battles won and lost, oaths kept and broken, gifts given and lies told — make up your Saga profile and its honours, which the people you play with and your friends can see.

The Chronicle of a finished saga has its own link, and anyone who has the link can read it: the gods, the handles and avatars of the people who played them, and what happened. It shows nothing that was still hidden during play, we do not publish the link anywhere, and search engines are asked not to index it; whoever shares the link decides who reads it.

The AI gods are computer opponents run by our game engine on our servers, and their lines at the table are written in advance. Your sagas and your messages are not sent to any AI model.

Table chat and messages

Table chat is kept with its saga, up to its last 100 messages, so the people at the table can read it. Direct messages between friends are kept until one of you leaves Saga of Gods or deletes the account; they are then erased for both of you.

Before a message is delivered, an automatic filter on our servers checks it for content that breaks the rules. When it refuses a message, we keep a record of the refusal and the reason so that we can act on abuse and improve the filter.

When you report a message, Amavie’s moderation receives that message, who wrote it and when, to decide on the report; how moderation handles data is set out in the Amavie Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app registers your device with Apple or Google so we can tell you that a season was revealed, that someone invited you or wrote to you, or that an AI god is about to take your seat. The device token is kept with your Amavie account for Saga of Gods.

You choose which notifications you receive in Settings, and you can switch them off on your device at any time.

Who processes data for us

We host the game and store its data on Google Cloud. Payments on the web go through Stripe, and in the store editions of the app through Apple or Google; we never see your card number.

Our servers keep standard technical logs — IP address, browser or app identification, time and the addresses requested — for a limited period to keep the service running and to stop abuse.

Your rights, and deleting your data

Settings, then Download my data, gives you a copy of everything Saga of Gods keeps about you. For your Amavie account — access, correction, export, objection and, where applicable, a complaint to a supervisory authority — use the tools and contacts in the Amavie Privacy Policy.

If you also use other Amavie apps, you can leave only Saga of Gods: Settings, then Leave Saga. Your profile, results, friends, messages, settings and looks are erased at once, you are taken out of every saga you sat in, and you are no longer present in the game; your Amavie account, its Quanta and your other apps stay.

Deleting the Amavie account erases your Saga data the moment the account is deactivated. The account itself can be brought back within 30 days at amavie.ai/liquidation — not the Saga data, which is gone at once; copies in our backups expire on the schedule in the Amavie Privacy Policy, Section 6b. Financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Children

Saga of Gods is not directed at children under 13. An Amavie account requires you to be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country (see the Amavie Age Policy).

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and the game asks you to accept the new edition.

Saga of Gods is operated by ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO (IFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Amavie and Saga of Gods are product names of that company.
