What Saga of Gods is, and who runs it

Saga of Gods is a strategy board game for four players. Each player is a forgotten god of the North: you give your orders in secret, swear oaths and break them, give gifts that may lie, and fight for the Great Hall before the winter ends the saga. It is operated by ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, a company registered in IFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (we, us).

You can play against AI gods — computer opponents run by our game engine and voiced by heroes of Amavie in lines written in advance — with friends, one season a day, or at a live table. Bluff, false gifts and broken oaths are moves of the game. The game applies its own rules, and the result our server records is the result of the saga.

The game is free to play. Quanta, the shared currency of Amavie, buy looks — card backs, boards, Chronicle styles and looks of gods — and, when they arrive, new gods and editions. A look never changes what a god can do. We show no advertising and we do not sell your data.

One Amavie account

Playing requires an account, and Saga of Gods keeps no account of its own. Signing in — with an email address and a password, or through Google or Apple — signs you in with your Amavie account, the same account used across Amavie, including amavie.ai, Joker AI and Sport AI. If you do not have one yet, creating it here creates that same Amavie account.

If an Amavie account already exists for your email address, that is the account you sign in with; Saga of Gods never creates a second account for the same person. If your browser or device already holds a valid Amavie session, Saga of Gods recognises it and signs you in automatically; signing out inside the game ends the session on this device only.

Because it is one account, the Amavie Terms of Service and the Amavie Privacy Policy apply to it as well. Where the documents overlap, the Amavie documents govern the account; this document governs Saga of Gods — your sagas, your messages in the game and the looks you own here.

That includes age: Saga of Gods is available from the account minimum age set out in the Amavie Age Policy. The game contains no adult content and is not part of the adults-only Amavie AI Characters service.

Playing fair

Play the gods, not the people. Inside a saga, lies, false gifts and broken oaths are allowed — that is the game. Outside the game they are not: threats, harassment, hate and sexual content in table chat or messages break the Community Rules, which are part of these Terms.

Do not use bots, scripts or several accounts, do not share a seat with someone else to gain an advantage, and do not exploit a bug — report it to [email protected] instead. When these rules are broken we may end a saga, remove a result or restrict access to the game.

In sagas with a clock, a seat that stays silent for several phases is played by an AI god, so the table can go on; a saga against the gods that you leave ends there. What happened in a saga is what our server decided, and its record — the Chronicle — is final.

Table chat and messages

People at the same table can write to each other in the table chat, and friends can send each other direct messages. An automatic filter checks every message before it is delivered and may refuse one that breaks the rules.

You can report a message from the table or from a conversation; the report goes to Amavie’s moderation together with the reported message. In Settings you choose who may invite you to a saga and who may message you; people are blocked in your Amavie account.

You are responsible for what you write. Do not share personal information about yourself or anyone else in the game.

Quanta and looks

Quanta are the currency of Amavie: one balance, shared by every Amavie product. Each look shows its price in Quanta before you buy it; the price you saw is the price you pay. A look you bought stays in your Saga collection for as long as you keep your Saga data.

On the web, Quanta are bought through Stripe; in the App Store and Google Play editions of the game, through Apple or Google, subject to their terms as well. Prices, refunds and billing are governed by the Amavie Terms of Service.

Quanta have no monetary value outside Amavie and cannot be exchanged for money. Quanta spent on a look are not refunded, including when you leave Saga of Gods or delete your account, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

The game and the Chronicle

Saga of Gods — its gods, heroes, art, texts, rules and the Chronicle it writes — belongs to us or our licensors. You may share a link to the Chronicle of a saga you played, and screenshots of the game, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Chronicle of a finished saga can be read by anyone who has its link. It shows the gods, the Amavie handles and avatars of the people who played them, and what happened — the Privacy Policy explains it.

Changes to the game and to these Terms

Saga of Gods is under active development. Rules, gods, editions, features and prices may change, appear or be withdrawn, and the game is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

When these Terms change we update the date at the top of this page and ask you to accept the new edition in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what other players write or do, or for interruptions to the service. Our total liability towards you in connection with Saga of Gods is limited to the amount you paid for Quanta spent in the game in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Law, and how to reach us

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
